A Pause for Reflection

All good businesses take some time out occasionally to look at how they are doing. It’s essential to look at your customer base, your future potential and any clouds that are either on the horizon or threatening to appear soon.

Our analysis of 2016 gave us a surprise. As a small 1:1 meeting software company operating globally, we could have expected some serious knocks. Instead we’ve seen our customer base grow by 70% compared with last year – and we are now supporting up to 10 events on any particular day!

We must be doing something right. Over our 8-year history we have changed a lot, but our easy-to-use mantra hasn’t. We are not planning to drop that anytime soon.
