The Training Gateway worked with The Chamber of Commerce on an event which brought together UK Universities, Colleges and Private Training Providers who wished to export their training offer overseas and meet virtually with overseas education institutions. The popularity of the event resulted in 115 virtual meetings needing to be scheduled!!!

We used Meeting Mojo recently for a scientific conference which took place online. We felt we needed an additional platform to run alongside talks delivered via Zoom, and Meeting Mojo was the perfect accompaniment as it allowed our attendees to network outside of the talks and interact at times that suited their own schedules. We were impressed with how easy the set up of the website was and it very much became the event’s ‘virtual venue’, enabling us to house the conference programme, interactive guest list and scientific poster session all in one place.

We use Meeting Mojo in its simplest form, as a searchable directory for our overseas delegations and member directory. At no extra cost we can choose to switch on the meeting booking and private messaging functions.
The layout is attractive and the data easy to add by Excel upload, or customisable registration form via the front end or admin dashboard. We needed no training or ongoing technical support to use the system because the help files are so comprehensive and the helpdesk staff so responsive.

Meeting Mojo enables 1:1 meeting scheduling online for our annual in-person Life Science conference. It’s easy to use and manage, and with it’s powerful search features and extensive attendee/company profiles enables our event attendees to pre-arrange business partnering meetings online but also stand out! Recently we ran an online Webinar and Pitching event on their event platform.
The service was fantastic from it’s excellent technical support to the quality of the video streaming and interactivity. We were able to bring together businesses from across Europe online in one place and provide a secure platform for companies to pitch directly to investors. We were also able to record all session to make them available on-demand.
