Test your set up
We recommend you ask your event participants to test their set up before the day of your event. This means people have time to test their webcam, microphone and have a go at screen sharing before the main event. And if things don’t work as expected first time then our helpful tutorial guide is there to refer to.
Video Chat Tutorial
Our helpful tutorial guide covers things like setting local time availability, audio-visual setup, how to do a connections check, backup plan for when things go wrong, and how to join and manage a meeting.
Instant Messaging Service
Participants can use the Instant Messaging Service to contact their meeting partner/s at any time before, during and after the meeting. They can include any contact details that they’re willing to use for the meeting. The meeting partner/s will receive a message even if they are not online.
Alternative Virtual Meeting Points
We can activate a feature that enables users to paste a Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc. link in to replace the virtual meeting point. Participants of meetings with an alternative link simply click on the link to launch their meeting.
