Technical Support
All our customers have access to our Support Desk to raise a support ticket. We pledge that our Technical Team will respond within 1 working day, we will fix anything that is broken on your website or admin area, or provide in writing a solution to any issue preventing you or your delegates from using the system to the full. 

Software plus service package
If you choose our Software Plus Service Package we will set up your 1:1 meeting system to your specification, help you manage data import and system launch, and provide guidance on how to get the most out of 1:1 meetings for your event.
