Speaking your language

Most delegates attending a business event expect to meet people and converse in a language they both understand. Although English may be the common language for many international events, a lot of delegates meet others who speak their mother tongue. They also are a lot more comfortable using a website that has been translated into their own language.

Meeting Mojo’s optional multi-language facility was designed with these sensitivities in mind. It enables each user to select their preferred language, and then remembers it each time they use the meeting system. It even sends emails alerts to each user in their chosen language. Some of their meetings may be conducted in another language, but the process is made easier by not having to understand the system.

So far we have added French, German, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Polish and Spanish to the original English (American and British) versions. The Meeting Mojo multi-language feature also enables event managers to alter existing translations to suit their event requirements – or locality – and to provide their own language version via a translation matrix. This ensures that not only can you make your 1:1 system more attractive to a multi-lingual audience, you can also be certain of sending them the right messages in each language.
