Your Personal Event Itinerary

There are some things we just can’t leave alone. One of these is the way we present meeting lists to Meeting Mojo users. At its most basic, the online schedule provides a simple, online overview of meetings – participants, times, locations – that can also be printed out or downloaded as a pdf. Recently we added email delivery and the ability to sync with Outlook. These two features are, we think, rather special as they ensure that delegates always have their most up to date meeting list to hand. After that, we created further options to include private notes, and event agendas, side by side with meeting lists.

Still not happy, we’ve given it another makeover! Users can now add agenda items into their schedule, preventing meeting clashes and providing a reminder of important and useful activities during your event. A further new option enables display of profile items for each meeting partner on the list – as much or as little information as you want. Each user will know at a glance exactly who they are meeting with, where and what they are going to, and when: in short, a personal event itinerary that opens and updates on mobile devices at a click.

That should be enough for now… until we think of something else.
